TripDM reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards.

4. Anti-Spam Policy

TripDM prohibits spam in any form. Spam includes any unsolicited, excessive, or repetitive communication that interferes with the normal use of the Platform.

TripDM uses automated and manual measures to detect spam. Accounts involved in spam activities may be temporarily restricted or permanently removed.

TripDM is committed to maintaining a trustworthy marketplace. Although TripDM actively monitors suspicious activities, it cannot guarantee that every transaction or interaction is free from fraud. Users should independently verify all information before entering into agreements or making payments.

TripDM may request identity verification from users or vendors. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or warranty regarding any individual or business. Users remain responsible for exercising independent judgment before entering into any agreement.

Emergency Situations

TripDM should not be used as an emergency response service. If users experience medical emergencies, criminal activity, immediate threats, or natural disasters they should contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact TripDM Support to request a review. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

TripDM strives to maintain reliable service. However, the Platform may occasionally become unavailable due to:
